Sale of Movie Tickets
- Movie tickets and Gift Cards purchased from this website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Movie tickets can only be purchased from this website by credit, debit or IMAX Melbourne gift cards
- Gift Cards can only be purchased from this website by credit or debit cards
- All Prices on this website include tax where applicable
- Initial seat reservations for movie tickets are carried out by an automated logarithm to provide 'Best Available' seating, however these seat reservations can be changed by the purchaser to any other available seat
- By purchasing movie tickets via this website you agree that you will accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased, and that you must sit in this allocated seat
- You agree that we may at our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via this website
- Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the Film Classification Board and proof of age ID may be required
- Where discounted or concession tickets are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets and / or entry to the cinema
- IMAX Melbourne tickets must be purchased directly by you from the IMAX Melbourne website. Tickets are not available through ANY third party suppliers and tickets purchased via these means will not be accepted by IMAX Melbourne
- IMAX Melbourne tickets must not be resold
